Increase ATOM Feed compatability #3

Switch to a parser that better facilitates ATOM feeds (if it becomes a major issue)

Use Feedparser

this would include support for the updated tags in ATOM feeds aswell as using the id as the uuid for an atom feed

rss feeds have an optional guid field which could be used when available
