[Android] Add option to pair with a laptop via Bluetooth and show up as audio input/output devices #17

Used with the VOX option (another enhancement request), this would allow kv4p HT to be used with apps like soundmodem to do things like SSTV.

If you're implementing this, please ask me for a UX design for the UI details.

I was thinking about this too and checked the issues to see if it had come up as an idea. Would be really nice feature to open up use of other data and messaging modes. winlink over packet or vara fm and fldigi/flamp/flmsg NBEMS modes . I was also thinking andflmsg could do a lot of those modes natively on android already , but this would prob be best made into another issue.
