[Android] It's possible to make the large frequency display disappear after leaving text chat #71

To repro:

  1. Open text chat from the bottom nav
  2. Tap into the text input field, the keyboard comes up
  3. Open voice from the bottom nav

Expected:

  1. Keyboard closes and large frequency display is present in voice mode

Actual:

  1. Keyboard remains open and frequency display is missing in voice mode, even closing the keyboard does not display it
