bad/ui #39

i think we are going to use shadcdn

he doesn't want to publish npm (https://ui.shadcn.com/docs)

if i reuse these components across my projects i'll wrap em into bad/ui which is initially just copying that stuff and putting it on npm (not doing what docs recommend bc we're bad)

and in the future we can add our own stuff too (bc we're bad)

maybe i'll add my common utils like currency and date formatting utils too (bc i'm bad)

but it will all be tree shakeable (bc we're bad/ui, not terrible/atrocious/ui)

npx shadcn-ui@latest add ... works just fine no need to make an npm

use this issue to represent adding shadcn
