fix: canon images #66

99-tank-guild-initiation.png and 100-tank-and-liquid-iron-elemental.png

were generated by AI but they are canon-breaking because tank shouldn't have full mail

we can perhaps keep them as non-story cards (eg liquid iron elemental is a battler but we don't tag the other person in the picture as tank, or the other person can be removed from the image)

still, we should make cards that reflect the story for the picturebook.

28, 29, and 99 are gaps now. nbd technically but we might want to fill em in before upping the indices
