when a user is told a fortune they can react (thumb up / down / laugh / cry / mad / wow / confused)
not only can they react but they can give a 1-10 scale rating (1 click is 6/10 by default; thumbs down is 4/10 like by default)
also u can have multiple reactions (like: 2, laugh: 1, cry: 1, for example; can all be a single reaction in db record)
