now, this is just a suggestion and randomly spins a bunch of knobs but the user can:
slide the slider with some debounce after mouseup to regenerate
click a 'new suggestion' button to randomly spin knobs
fine tune knobs and filters manually
filters can be like a filter for price, or also they can filter down surfaces and stuff so random gen will choose from the enabled options
