replace blog with a Learn and Grow Dropdown

Learn and Grow holds Blog, Checklist, Community, Flash Cards, Quizzes, and Videos

blog and community are accessible if logged out. if the user is logged out show a lock icon and if they click it show them a please sign up page

this will de-clutter the top nav so it's only:

  1. create account
  2. log in
  3. learn and grow

on the top right

Add Job Search Journal Which has the pipeline tracker and a notes area

need to be able to tag anecdotes with companies and leadership principles and also easily substring search

beyond tagging, we should be able to match interview questions to good answers. a behavioral question is a bit too long for a simple tag imo

we can also have an article on how to make one, a template, and show how to use it for interview and promo
