Ran `npm update` and `npm audit fix`

Did a few things

Ran npm update and npm audit fix
Dealt with the devil of react-select typings
Deleted the custom node-ical types because the package ships with them
Added setupFilesAfterEnv file so that the Jest snapshots the update broke will be consistent in the future. You can see what they looked like before I added them here. This PR was going to have massive changes to the snapshot files no matter what - this way, this should be the last PR that does (except the ones that should!)
Removed -webkit-keyframes because it hasn't been needed since 2015 and was causing a dumb Jest bug
