Implemented schedule page for desktop and mobile.
Installed @rollup/plugin-json and modified rollup.config.js to allow us to import .json files in svelte
Minified global.css
Added const SCHEDULE_NOT_READY = true; in src/components/schedule/billboard.svelte to hide billboard until we have a finalized schedule.
The Billboard component is not complete yet, but we can and should merge this branch first, since billboard is not shown.
