adding date to bibliographic entry #208

@wsalesky @shubenda Also, now that we are using a lot of in-text citation, it would be very helpful to have the date of the citation listed in the bibliographic entry. We are generally following Chicago, Author-Date style. Given that we have a link, we can just use: Author surname Author pinyin surname (year), title Title pinyinCP, pp.#

Book titles should be in italics, article titles in quotation marks.
