When only one scrollbar is visible then the bottom right corner margin should be 2, not 7.

1. Create default scroller or see the demo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When scrollbar is at the end, then the margin from browser bottom should be 2 
px. Currently it's 7.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.7.1. On any platform and any browser

Please provide any additional information below.

I guess the spacing is set to 7 for case when both scrollbars are available, so 
they wouldn't overlap but in case of displaying only one this looks like a bug.
