Config wont sync with server #307

The config file is not syncing with client causing issues with wooden tiered items not being able to be crafted or pulled from creative mode. They dont even show up in creative tab. In ssp it works just fine but on server they cant be crafted or pulled from creative. once i copied server config to client the issue was resolved. I cant manually push updates to my players every time i make changes. how can this be resolved?
