I tried to use Calculator tools in your machines and all work fine except the End Forged Tools. I'm not sure if the fix is needed on your end or on Calculator's side, but they work in the EnderIO Farming Station for example just fine.
I'm pretty sure that the problem is that they are unbreakable. But unbreakable Tinker's tools work in your machines as well. I looked in the Calculator code and they have mining level 6 and the Diamond Machines in the config are set to 100, so this basically means it should work.
Maybe you can have a look and let me know if you can fix it or if I have to contact the Calculator dev.
