Miner won't output to chest #361

hi, i'm using 1.7.10 of the mod and i cant seem to get cobblestone out of the stone miner while it has the cobble gen upgrade. i've tried using the PA wrench to configure it, i've tried using transfer nodes from extra utilities, and i've tried just putting a chest on top. none of this works. if it's not a bug and i'm just doing something wrong, please let me know.

i should also point out that no items eject from the top when there is no chest and it is full
