Full port to 1.12
Changes:
1) Remove use of RF API - port the system to the FE system so there is no more need for @Optional or including the CoFH RF API interfaces
2) Fix issues with the wrench not displaying with the right model (was showing "missing model" model) when not in "rotate" mode
3) Convert recipes (except the Withered Tools) to the new JSON format
4) numerous small utility changes and bugfixes
