Miner does not drop Upgrades when broken #365

I just noticed that the Miner does not drop its upgrades when broken with a pickaxe.

The other machines do not seem to drop the items either ...

Can confirm for the Planter as well.

I can confirm, again, no machines drop their upgrades in the current version.

Same, after using PA for few years, recent updates disabled updates eject. They just vanish. Big issue if you had used drill on 5x5 settings and accidently broken 81 area iron miner :/
