Move integration with Royalty into corresponding mods

Let's talk about how we integrate mods with each other.

If we need to integrate mod A with mod B, and in order to do that we need to change mod A in some way:

• If we can make direct changes to mod A, then we do just that.
• If we can't:
  • Can we make direct changes to mod B?
  • If we can, then we just change mod B.
  • If we can't, then we make a separate mod that integrates mod A with mod B.

So, by this logic:

• We obviously cannot directly change anything inside Royalty DLC.
• But, we can make changes to VFE and other VE mods.

I'm willing to make necessary changes to all VE mods, that this mod provides patches for.

Of course, after patches will be moved into corresponding mods this mod will be incompatible with mods in question.
