WIP Tracker for MVCF 2.5. Currently planned features:

• [X] Add function to use Prepatcher if available
• [x] Show stats for additional verbs in info panel
• [x] Allow multiple verbs on a single item to use independent stats
• [x] Allow verbs on apparel to use stats
• [x] Add toggle for automatic reload from inventory while drafted
• [x] Allow verbs to define mapping of ammo -> projectile
• [x] Investigate reloading by non-humanlikes, like mechs
• [x] Allow ammo generation to be given thing categories instead of defs
• [x] Add system for loaded ammo to influence weapon stats (Maybe later, bit too intense)
• [x] Change feature system to limit number of unused patches
• [x] Make stat info card for verbs (?) (Maybe later)
• [x] Show stats from verb comps and additional props
• [x] Restructure ticking verbs
• [x] Add support for melee verbs
