After loading a save, I have across the log.
Destroying the potential culprits leaves me with hanging:
After saving and reloading, issue is gone. After readding the buildings, it comes back.
After readding the buildings then reloading the save without the buildings, it comes back.
Not sure how I can help reproduce this.
