when a refinery gets full of waste, the waste cannot be cleared out of it with message "no configured spot to store wastepacks", even though a recharger can be cleared just fine. Mind be linked to "double" waste storage content? Or maybe i did something wrong in the XMLs but I can't pinpoint the issue. Attaching the related unified xml produced by rocketman.
