feat: Multiple UI improvements #49

Giving apx-gui some deserved attention.

Added buttons to start/stop, autoremove and clean subsystems
Added subsystem status in sidebar
Added missing translation strings

Current issues:

[x] We don't track apx state, so subsystem status gets out-of-date if the user starts or stops it
[ ] When switching to a different sidebar (stacks, pkgmanagers) for the first time, it automatically opens the first item

I couldn't figure out how to prevent a new editor tab from opening when a sidebar tab is switched for the first time so I'll leave it as it is for now, it's not that big of a deal.
