bug: when clicking a tag name under a guide, it doesn't trigger filter to display all guides under the tag #78

Let's say you are clicking on the manpage tag here then all guides tagged with manpage should be displayed. This way we don't need to navigate through the tags menu in the top right to find articles under a specific one.
