feat: add reading time to articles #80

The reading time code was taken from the main website, with small adjustments to make it work in Chronos' Case

Hi, That isn't a major issue, you could add "Closes #issue-no" in the PR description if you forgot to do so in the commit message (in future it isn't required to close and reopen the PR for this).

Thanks for the notice. I was thinking that it's mandatory to have the issue inside the commit. I won't do this in the future, sorry again for the flood of merge requests with this one (80-81) 😅
