Currently, all browsers are selected by default. We should only ship one. Also, Epiphany is still inside Core Applications, I think we should move it into Browsers as well.

That's how the app category selection works. I'd suggest we revamp the entire page, given that it's a bit confusing to use, but that would be it's own issue

Let's focus on the fix for the moment, we already have plans to revamp the first-setup and splitting the backend to a new utility
