Feature Description

Including the NVIDIA Container Toolkit in the NVIDIA image

Rationale

It will allow containers to utilise the NVIDIA drivers properly, thereby allowing improved performance in APX containers and making it easier to use tools like DaVinci Resolve through DaVincibox.
