Combine PR and commit workflows into one similar to other repos.
Bump Go version in workflows to 1.22.
Add missing string workflow for checking for missing descriptions.
Update release workflow.
Add support for built artefact attestations (allows us to verify if something is tampered with manually, in case of an issue in future).
