Waydroid support #45

Trying to install Waydroid through apx. I've added the repo and installed through "apx enter", but running "sudo Waydroid init" doesn't allow access to modprobe, so things can't go much further.

My question is, what method of install are you trying on your side?

We've tried to run waydroid on the host by installing it through abroot, but all attempts failed due to this issue https://github.com/lxc/lxc/issues/4283, once this is resolved there shouldn't be any blocker for waydroid in apx.
