Hunter Spell-Immolation Trap #48

This spell when triggered is not currently putting the user in combat/as an aggressor in areas where guards would ordinarily attack if PVP were initiated (eg Gadgetzan, Booty Bay etc). This behaviour is not correct, it should register as the caster using a damaging spell on the target.

Wyvern sting also does not trigger guards (yet hunter's mark does, lol)
