Incorrect characters ä (U+00E4) and „ (U+201E) #11

Hi! I have noticed that character ä (U+00E4) is showing only one dot above the "a" and that Double Low-9 Quotation Mark (U+201E) is only a single one. Could you please take a look at it or at least guide me how to add these letters to the font?

Hi the a umlaut is fixed in the Git version. Please download for files. I am waiting for Google fonts to push this version. Thanks for raising the issue of the low quotation mark. I will update it over the next few days.

Hello @VanillaandCream, the issue with the single dot instead of an umlaut is not specific too ä but exists for all characters in the regular-fontset which should have an umlaut. (Maybe this is old news but the google-fonts version i'm using is not yet updated.)

It seems that Google Fonts has the updated version for all but Catamaran-Regular.

@fsalomon the GF API hasn't been updated yet

Thanks for the amazing font! As the person above states, the Catamaran-Regular is not updated on Google Fonts. Do you know when this is going to happen? Thanks a lot!
