BUG: Dark Mode for Rate-us section #289

What happened?

I have noticed an issue where the background of the "Rate-Our-Website" section is not changing when switching to dark mode. I would love to contribute to the project by fixing this issue.

Are these changes, okay?

changes made:

removed the background image
changed the background color of the Rate-us form
the logout button now changes WRT mode (dark / light)

Even tried to change the NewsCards WRT dark mode, but the GNews api is not working (for some reason which I cant figure out) so if you can share those env files with URl, queries and all I can add the dark mode switch to those NewsCards
