I would like to contribute under Hacktoberfest by adding disk scheduling algorithms (FCFS, SSTF, SCAN, C-SCAN) to this repository. My proposal is to create a new directory for these algorithms under /algorithms/. This will expand the project’s functionality in the area of disk management.
