Request to Add All Sorting Algorithms in C++ under Hacktoberfest

I would like to contribute to this project under Hacktoberfest by adding various sorting algorithms in C++. These include:

• Bubble Sort
• Selection Sort
• Insertion Sort
• Merge Sort
• Quick Sort
• Heap Sort
• Radix Sort
• Counting Sort My proposal is to create a dedicated directory for sorting algorithms under /algorithms/sorting/. This addition will provide a comprehensive reference for sorting techniques in C++.

Could you please assign this task to me under Hacktoberfest? I look forward to contributing!
