Extpsdk: Fix dependabot warning re: requests < 2.32.0 #489

Holding off on this a bit. The CVE is unlikely in our case, and requests 2.32.x seems to be undergoing thrashing. 2.32.0 & .1 were yanked, and there are a few issues reported against 2.32.3 (current rev). Will check on this next week.
