Installing this plugin gives us a Service Temporarily Unavailable message (any version 8.13.X) when going to the checkout page.

All versions 8.10.X work until order submission, then the order submission fails and you cannot place an order.

No messages are logged to Exception or system logs, apache log shows nothing (loglevel debug). Compiler is disabled.

We're using Magento 1.5.0.1 CE

Our extension only supports Magento 1.6 CE and above
