port to another computer platform #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Allow availability of your work for cross-platform support.
2. Provide steps to create a working version of OEmu for PC/Linux.
3. Create a list of others who have ported OEmu to PC & Linux.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A PC/Linux version of OpenEmulator

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I want to have this for PC or Linux, at least a beta test version of 0.1 to 0.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
This would be a great way to get cross-platform testing for all things, and I 
bet you could find others in the ET forums willing to help you with ports to PC 
and to Linux.  This would be wonderful.  Thank you.
