Add data for / exclude Ippatsu hands #2

It's currently impossible to know if a hand is Ippatsu when presented with it on the site.

Add another data column which has "Ippatsu: YES / NO" when riichi is "YES" or just make it so the application doesn't show any Ippatsu hands.

Hands which contain ippatsu are no longer exported from tenhou logs. Will leave issue open to think if this is the best option

Now removed Ippatsu Haitei Houtei Double Riichi

Too many for me to add more quiz data points for so happy with the current workaround for this.
