For the scoreset page, if the parent experiment has a raw read identifier, link out to SRA/ERA/DDBJ, GEO, or Array Express. Code is maintained by idutils, but alan wrote it. It is intentional that scoresets don't themselves have a raw read identifier, but this information might be helpful to viewers.
