Organism is not copied when duplicating an existing target. #192

To reproduce:

  1. Begin creating a new score set through the website.
  2. Type "tem" into the "Copy from an existing target gene" field, and choose any of the targets named TEM-15 β-lactamase.
  3. Click "Add Target." Nothing will happen, because the target lacks an (organism) taxonomy value.
