Some changes here:

fix a security issue in the documentation (directory world-writable)
add support to Zabbix 4.0 LTS
add support to Debian 10 buster (current stable)
add support to Centos 7
add a cute LICENSE file with the right credits to the author
add installation instructions for Centos
fix a typo
