Move all messages to constants #58

Search for all navigation.showMessage, and change all text to constants.

Example: navigation.showMessage("Pin is incorrect, try again."); change to: var MESSAGES = { PIN_INCORRECT: "Pin is incorrect, try again." };

navigation.showMessage(MESSAGES.PIN_INCORRECT);
