Shield affects OSP config #2

VIsually OSP theshold is still affected by shields, is it only interface issue or something is worng?

Visual bug - the health bar does not update the fraction properly to account for the new Curse or Shield behaviors. I plan to look into this soon.

This (should) be fixed in 1.3.0.
