Create Header on Homepage? #129

I was wondering if we wanted to create a header component to have all of the buttons / icons for our different modals, settings for users & servers.

Just wanted to throw this up to see if we wanted to do this or how.

Yeah, I vote like a pop-out menu or something. Maybe like a button that expands into a menu when clicked?
