Easy way to check csso version #5

Is csso packed in gem latest? Maybe we need some small script to easy pick lastest csso from it repo? Maybe we can use git submodules?

What is a difference between stock csso and packed in your gem?

It's the exact copy of latest 1.2.13. With past and current update frequency of csso it's quite safe to save some effort and update manually. Actually i've chosen not to submodule csso repo to exclude it's docs, tests etc. which are needed in gem little more than not at all :)
