Add comment to app.py

This is a Python-orientated project, that was developed as an app in the Shiny Posit Playground. A number of packages from Python, Icon, and Shiny would need to be Imported to successfully work on this project in the Shiny playground. The Shiny environment comes with various templates with data frames to enable both Python and Shiny Codes to work so that we can edit and update this project to achieve something out of your imagination.
