将汉化包拷贝到template目录后， 访问bugzilla系统，程序错误 #20

1. 拷贝3.1.2汉化包cn目录到templater目录下
2. 访问bugzilla系统
3. 将cn目录删除，一切正常

程序错误：
Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it 
to THE MAINTAINER HAS NOT YET BEEN SET with details of what you were doing 
at the time this message appeared.

Template->process() failed twice.
First error: file error - cache failed to write welcome-admin.html.tmpl: 
Permission denied
Second error: file error - cache failed to write code-error.html.tmpl: 
Permission denied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I useing bugzilla3.1.3_en, OS: cn-Window2003 Server

[Sorry I can hardly read Chinese and unable to write]

You probably had 'defaultlanguage' set to 'cn'.  If 'cn' template set is 
lacking any
template from 'en' (and there are many templates without any human readable 
texts) --
you would get exactly same symptom.

rename cn to zh-cn

bugzilla 3.4.4 
版本没有找到设置language的地方，请问汉化包拷贝进templater目
录下并命名为zh-cn
之后，如何将语言换为中文呢？

将原来的en改为其他的名字（我改成了en_bak）；将拷贝的中文
的汉化目录改为en，改完后再重
新运行下“./checksetup.pl”就可以了。
