3.1.2升级到3.1.3后，无法发送mail？ #7

我原来使用的是3.1.2版本的bugzilla，创建bug的时候，mail发送都
正常的。现在升
级到3.1.3+版本了，通过cvs升级的，但是，现在无法发送mail了�
��bug可以正常创
建，创建完成之后，就会提示一个错误，信息如下：

Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it
to rannk@shjob.cn with details of what you were doing at the time this
message appeared.

URL: http://bugzilla.gary.jsz/post_bug.cgi

您好，我在验证中没发现这个问题。建议您：
1.直接下载3.1.3的安装包试试。
2.使用本站最近的汉化包试试。
这是因为，3.1.3从Mozilla CVS 中trunk 
checkout出来的，可能并没完整修改(处于中间状态)。
本站下载包里提供的是3.1.2版本的，SVN 
版本库里提供的是3.1.3，目前已作初步验证，只是部
分字符串未完全汉化。

如果直接使用3.1.3的包的话，就没有遇到问题。

如果使用我原来3.1.2的数据库（因为原来的老数据是要使用的
），再使用新的3.1.3版本的话
（当然，我会先checksetup.pl的），就是mail发送不了，比较郁闷
。

可能是数据库从3.1.2升级到3.1.3后,checksetup.pl并没有完全完成��
�据库的转换.
3.1.3的数据库和3.1.2的数据库有一定不同的.

问题找到了，呵呵
失误呀
原来使用3.1.2的时候，各个perl环境模块的version比较低，管理�
��面的参数里面我使用了中文
字符；（对中文支持还是不错的）
但是，update到3.1.3之后，其perl环境模块也升级了，而原来versi
on里面的设置参数就没有去
修改的原因，所以无法发送mail；（怎么更高的perl环境对中文
支持反而差了，郁闷……）

全新安装bugzilla3.1.2，如果把中文语言包放到templates，则安装�
��时候出现如下提示
Removing existing compiled templates ...
Precompiling templates...
utf8 "\xC1" does not map to Unicode at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-
multi/Encode.pm line 166.

如果不放中文包，则可以正常安装。

安装完后将中文包放到templates，则可以正常显示问题，但是��
�入的所有汉字都成了乱码。请问这是什么问
题？

may be you remove all lang folder except the en and compile again 
(./checksetup.pl) 
then move back the cn folder. For then chinese email, I use "en" email instead. 
and 
it has no problem for chinese content.
