USER STORY: Forum Page

As a site user I want to use the forum page so I can access all articles and some discussions.

Elements:

• Two pre-populated filters based on neurodivergence and life stage.
• Filter auto-populates based on what the user is set to, e.g. Pregnant ADHDer
• Filter is changeable but discussions are only accessible to those set to that combination.
• Articles are accessible by everyone and can be accessed via the filters
• Forum page functionality integrated here.
