Bug: Issues when signed in #69

When bug 63 is resolved there should be filters on the resources page
When bug 64 is resolved there should be filters on the forum page
When bug 68 is resolved, there should be a life stage and neurodivergence assigned to the user via the sign up process (DMcC 25/04 - #68 is future functionality)

AFTERWARDS:

Ensure the filters are set to the life stage and neurodivergence of the user profile when signed in, on both the resources and forum pages.
The filters should still be changeable on the resources page but NOT on the forum page.
