As a user I want to receive feedback on CRUD operations so I can know I've performed an update

Acceptance Criteria:

Toast messaging operational
Toast messaging applied to user profile

Tasks:

[x] Task Add toasts logic to base.html
[x] Task Add toast.html files (toast-error, toast-info, toast-success, toast-warning) to templates/includes/toasts
[x] Add toasts css to base.css
[x] Task Add toast message to user profile update (already used in the profiles/views.py)

hmmmm..... done- but not displaying - e.g. updating a user profile should display a success message
